Our offices are now open for your convenience. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have changed the format of our office. To ensure your safety, and the safety of our staff, we have added new features to our office to make your experience more comfortable.

All staff will be appropriately dressed in personal protective equipment (PPE); masks, face shields, gowns, etc. Plexiglass and air purifiers have been placed in designated areas to limit the spread of particles floating in the air thus limiting the spread of any potential virus. Air purifiers have also been placed in every operatory along with a HEPA filter that sits about 6 inches from the mouth which serves to remove aerosols in the area. In the operatories, all non-essential items have been removed. As per usual, we are disinfecting all chairs, door handles, table tops, plexiglass, and other highly utilized patient and staff areas frequently. We are also allowing 15 minutes between all patients to thoroughly disinfect the treatment room.

In compliance with the social distancing rules set in place by our government we are asking that if you have an appointment you kindly follow these steps:

• When you arrive, call the office to let one of our team members know that you have arrived.
• Wait in your car or in front of the building until a team member notifies you to come upstairs.
• NO GUESTS PERMITTED. Only patients may enter the office for their specific appointment time. Spouses, friends, caregivers, and parents need to wait outside of the building. For patients requiring special treatment, please advise the staff beforehand.
• WEAR A MASK.

At the start of your appointment, your temperature will be taken and you will be asked to fill out the patient screening form. The protocols set in place are to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Refusal to do so will result in the cancellation or rescheduling of that appointment.
